What is the name of this celtic song?
I don't know this song specifically, but if you're into Irish harp and flute music, I have an amazingly beautiful album called Music of Great Irish Houses (you can buy it on iTunes) with Karin Leitner on flute and Cormac de Barra on harp. It's a very relaxing album.
It sounds very much like the song you are looking for.
