Please help me find the name of a mystery Celtic song I heard yesterday! ?

I was driving and this song came on that made me weep. I just lost my mother this week and it so fit into what I was feeling. It was like she was singing to me through the radio. I don't know which radio station, I had it on "random." (Kicking myself now.) Lyrics include "you will hear it in my song", "I have watched you grow" %26amp; "you won't see me, you won't feel me." (This may not be exact.) Also, something about courage. It was a woman singing. I think it was Celtic but I could be wrong. I Googled it 10 different ways but no luck. Please help...I must find this song!!
