Androcles, Barnabas, Dorian, Simon.

Androcles is Greek for "the glory of man."

Barnabas is German for "son of a prophet."

Dorian is from the novel "The Portrait of Dorian Gray."

Simon is Biblical, meaning "He has heard."

Just some I thought of off the top of my head. Dorian and Simon are my faves. :)
Reply:"Fromain, was a wise old man who lived near the village of Maerhaven. Many of the townsfolk had come to him for years to aid in the healing of small medicinal things, to those which required more of a magical touch. It was rumored that he had learned his craft from the elders in the Woods of Elrich. Others said he was never young and was some sort of magical being all together..."

I dunno I just wrote this...maybe it'll help.
